December 2018 Christmas Challenge – Win £10
This month we are having a different kind of challenge. Each day in December some lyrics from a song will be displayed below. You just need to name the song they are from. If you manage to answer a question correctly you will receive 2 entries into the draw. If you get the question wrong you will receive 1 entry (just for giving it a try). All entries will be pooled at the end of the month and one winner drawn at random.
The competition started on 1st December 2017 and runs until the end of the month. The last question will be shown on 31st December 2018, with the winner being announced here on New Years Day – 1st January 2019. The winner will then have 24 hours to claim their £10 cash prize.

🦋Daniel, there are two possible answers to today’s clue so I’ve added them both, one in brackets on the same entry form.☺️🦋
🦋Daniel, I’m not sure whether or not I’ve already submitted my answer so just in case I haven’t I’ve sent it just now.☺️🦋
It’s from Home Alone. I didn’t recognise it from just the title And I didn’t know that John “Star Wars” Williams wrote it. You learn something new every day 😉
I blinking hate Christmas bah humbug
Yes I also put Holly jolly Christmas, so it should be accepted as the lyrics are also in that song
I can confirm that both answers are being accepted for 15th December. Good Luck! Daniel
Thanks alot daniel, much appreciated.
Thanks Daniel
There’s actually two possible answers for today’s one. I went with the more well known song.
So there is, I hope they accept both answers.
Hi Wendy. Yes, I can confirm that both answers are being accepted for 15th December. Good Luck! Daniel
I put the wrong one 😢
I had the right one in my head but googled it joust to be sure and the other one came up, so I googled what I thought it originally was and put that. They should have accepted both though.

Hi Jo. If you put the answer listed or Holly Jolly Christmas then that is correct. For all other answers you just get the one point for having a go. Good Luck! Daniel
Great, thanks Daniel 😊

Today’s answer is now an earworm…which wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that I’m not really a fan of Christmas!
googling the lyyrics that is what comes as song title, not a fan of these ones, just google everything
I’m clicking the link in the email for the competition and yesterday and today get a oops that page cannot be found
Your better book marking, thats what I do.
I do have a short cut on my phone but sometimes just flicking through emails I go in via that
Would have got it sooner if I hadn’t read it as corncob pie!
