I was correct. Not rowing in a million years. Paddles in picture not oars used in rowing and the people holding them have their hands far too close to the ends.

I think ‘aquatics’ would have been a better answer, seeing as they both happen in the aquatics centre, but we could have said moonwalking and still got an entry, so it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things.

I looked at it and thought both swimming and diving from the standing position and swimmer who dived into pool.. and with the lanes there, so i put swimming. It could have been diving and swimming with what the picture shows. And i’am related to a Professional swimmer. Just saying.

Unfortunately, the quality and integrity on here is slipping.

Ironically, I put diving as my answer, then read Alison’s comment on the day about there being a ‘clue’ in the picture and was kicking myself for missing the lane dividers!

I put Diving/Swimming, as the person is standing on what looks like a diving board. The lanes are a bit weird as they go across where the diver is standing and not in the same direction he is going, but it is not until he is in the water and they are the same way.

Look closer, I thought it was between two, but there is a clue to show it is just the one.

I have never seen this in my life, and google said Lacrosse and I don’t know this word, and I read ‘Lacrosse hockey’ so I wrote hockey 🙁

I also found the explanation more confusing than not having one at all, lol.

So I wondered if Archery was the sub category and the category was maybe… Shooting (?) but opted to put Archery and was relieved when I saw the answer.
