October 2023 – Logo Game – Win £10
You need to work out from the partial logo shown what product/company it is for. There will be all sorts of logos from different industries – eg, car brands, food and beverage brands.
If you manage to guess correctly you will receive 2 entries into the draw. If you get it wrong you will receive 1 entry (just for giving it a try). All entries will be pooled at the end of the month and one winner drawn at random.
The competition started on 1st October 2023 and runs until the end of the month. The last question will be shown on 31st October 2023, with the winner being announced here on 1st November 2023. The winner will then have 24 hours to claim their £10 cash prize. If you don’t claim your prize by 11am on 2nd November 2023 you will unfortunately lose out. No late claims accepted.

I agree, I have been there once, and that was overrated. The food was disgusting, and the prices were ridiculous. At the end of the day, it is a sandwich.

Totally. Once I wanted to treat my daughter and I asked her what she wanted to eat. She said Subway. So I took her there, and then she just wanted salami on it and nothing else. £8 for a salami sandwich

These things were built to last. When my son was a baby in 1995 he had a V-tech interactive book. I.e. a plastic book which played a different tune every time you turned the page along with drawings matching the song. We moved to UK from Amsterdam when he was 14. I gave that book to my sister. Now my sister has grandkids and the other day she brought out that book for her youngest grandchild 4 months old. It still works! my youngest brother was born in 88 and he had those toys some of them were given to my nephew who is now 15 and they looked brand new and worked like they were. my brother sold them at a car boot sale a few years later.

We had a cat like that, he was forever turning my screen upside down and it would take me ages to right it, he passed at age 10 in 2021, he suffered from a flea allergy and his lip would get sore, so he would have a steroid injection at the vets, it shortened his life. I would put up with my screen changing any time if we could have him back. I have 2 cats. One hates me for some reason. Doesn’t want to be near me. Whenever I approach her she runs away. I have never done anything to her. Got her from Cats Protection. I don’t know why she is like this. My daughter said it is because I am not nice to her. So I tried to pet her, praise her, good girl etc and her face just never changes expression, which is one of disgust. Maybe I have a scent she doesn’t like. I know what you mean. My first cat, when he first came to us, was all over me but would hide from my husband and any other male that came into the house. It took time for him to realize that they were not going to hurt him, and if we raised our voices even laughing or playing a joke he would run and hide under the wardrobe, and I would have to coax him out with treats, we did hear that he was hurt by the man at his old home and that is why the women gave him… Read more »
Thanks, my boy is very dominating towards her. He takes her food (I pull him away when he does), he won’t let her in the same room as he is, he chases her out. They don’t seem to get along at all and the strange thing is, they came from the same household and Cats Protection was told they were not to be separated so they were put up for adoption together. Your poor cats, I don’t know how anyone could hurt any animal or human. It could be that they had to fight to get enough food or even any food. Our male cat will eat her food but only if she has walked away from it, but she will sit and wait for him to leave her some treats which he does. You could try feeding her in a room that he cannot get into and if she leaves some putting it out of his reach, we have done this a few times by putting it in the fridge but… Read more »
