A couple of people have been in touch to say they have stopped receiving reminders. For a couple of weeks, there was a notice at the top of the reminder emails asking members to confirm they would like to continue receiving them by 1st April. This is because the emails cost a lot to send out and the vast majority were being ignored. It seemed a shame to waste the money – I’d rather put it into prizes!
